H4ck3rz is really important to us, but as Ahmed said people are sometimes overwhelmed with their work and life..

The only solution -from my point of view- is to work on yourself, and collaborate “seriously” whenever it’s available.

It’s interesting to think in that ya ahmed, we need to really see how h4ck3rz is important to us and to the community and what will happen if we stopped it.

Because sometimes you don’t feel the value of something unless you lose it and I don’t want that to happen.

sure we will notice that but i my opinion
when the management system changed i as a hackers member can’t follow up the hackers activities i.e. “انا مش عارف ايه اللى بيحصل فى الهاكرز”

we also changed the system because the old one wasn’t successful but we didn’t study why the old one wasn’t successful ,we just tried another one

the new web sites and systems frozen us
the projects didn’t cover all our fields so not all of us can contribute in the available projects

finally it is just my point of view

I sometimes think that you have a very weird way of motivating people to work ..
If that’s the REAL you talking then cheer up .. some times people are just busy with spikes of life activities specially in those times after Ramadan and Before The next college term, they need time to re-balance their time management skills again.

Don’t worry Ahmed, a large part of our life were born in H4ck3rZ and we will not let that just go ..
